Astragalus offers the lymph system several cleansing and healing benefits. Extract of Astragalus is believed to cleanse lymphatic fluid and has been used in Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine as an immune system builder, diuretic, and energy enhancer.

A tincture or tea of mullein leaf and/or flower can be used to help lymphatic circulation. Mullein is an expectorant and demulcent, which loosens up phlegm or congestion. In this case, it moves lymphatic stagnation.

Cleavers is a medicinal wild herb that grows throughout the United States, Britain, Europe, Siberia, and the Himalayas. It is one of the most effective herbs for cleansing the lymphatic system. It is known to help move and dissolve lymphatic congestion, reduce swollen glands, ease upper respiratory congestion, and eliminate mucous from the body.

Calendula has a wide variety of uses; it is mainly used for swollen lymph nodes, for cleansing body tissues, and for anti-inflammatory purposes.

Sheeps Sorrell is an anti-inflammatory and lymph mover. It helps support a healthy lymphatic cleansing.

Dandelion is great for filtering toxic elements from the lymph system, liver and kidneys.

Devil’s Claw ( Harpagophytum) The lymph-stimulating properties of this herb make it important for improving the body’s natural lymphatic drainage. It promotes detoxification and cleansing of the lymphatic system.

Place 1/2 – 1 dropper (1-2ml) under tongue as needed. Shake well before use.
