Step 1: Initial Consultation

We begin our journey as partners by getting to know you, your brand and your company’s goals. Generally, we start with an hour-long call to dive into all the details– what sort of products you want to create and how many units as well as how we can help formulate, source ingredients and packaging, and create your dream product line!

Step 2: Formulation and R&D

After the initial consultation, we will take everything we learned about your product dreams and goals and hit the formulation station! Our formulation process includes four free sample R&D batches.

This gives you the opportunity to see consistency, flavor and potency before approving the production of your product. We want to ensure that you are beyond satisfied before your product launches. If you already have a formula you want us to use, that’s great too!

Step 3: Production

Once the formulation is approved and all ingredients are ordered and on site, we begin production! Our specialty extraction process requires time and care, so you can expect to receive your products anywhere from 10-14 weeks depending on the size of the order.

Production includes extraction, bottling, labeling, sealing and packaging. We supply all ingredients, bottles and seals, and can even help you find the exact packaging you are looking for.

Step 4: Third Party Testing

To follow FDA compliance, we conduct third party testing on your product to ensure its purity. While it is only required to test for microbes and pesticides, additional testing is also available including heavy metals and residual solvents.

We handle sending your products off for testing and work with a credible third party laboratory to conduct them. Each tested batch will come with a final Certificate of Analysis (COA) to document that all regulations were met and complied with.

Step 5: Packaging & Delivery

After production and testing, all that is left is carefully packaging your one-of-a-kind products to be shipped to your facility or fulfillment center. While this is the last step for your initial order, this is only the beginning of our long-lasting partnership.
